Refund Policy
We aim to provide the best experience for all our users. This refund policy outlines how we handle subscription cancellations and refunds for TradInvest to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Free Plan
The Free Plan is always available without payment and does not qualify for refunds.
2. Paid Plans
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of the initial payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
- No refunds are available for renewals after the first 7 days of usage.
- All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds are not issued if the user has extensively used premium features during the refund period.
- Refunds are not available in cases of account bans due to policy violations.
- Special discounts or promotional subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Customized analytics reports, AI coaching sessions, or any one-time digital products purchased through TradInvest are considered delivered once accessed and are therefore non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@tradinvest.in with your payment details, account email, and reason for cancellation. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
